Maureen Nicholson is Senior Project Manager at GPG. She brings 14 years’ experience in project management and operations, business development, and risk management in the development and humanitarian sectors.
Maureen has worked with a range of organisations, most recently the Danish Refugee Council in Sudan, where she was based until April 2023. She spent over seven years with Palladium in the UK, Nigeria, and other project countries, and has worked with INGOs such as IRC and Save the Children, as well as development contractors. Maureen also served as Vice Consul for the British Embassy in Turkey.
Maureen holds a Master’s in Social Psychology (Health, Community & Development) from the London School of Economics, and a BA in International Affairs and French from James Madison University in Virigina, USA.
