Report a Concern

Global Partners Governance is committed to maintaining the highest degree of ethical conduct and integrity in its business activities. We expect all our staff, associated personnel (associates, consultants, interns etc.) and the Third Parties who we work with (e.g. delivery partners) anywhere in the world, to act in a manner consistent with our core values and safeguarding principles while carrying out their organisational responsibilities as well as conduct themselves professionally within the law. The responsibilities of all staff and associated personnel as well as the Third Parties are listed in GPG’s safeguarding, anti-bribery policies or code of conduct. Please contact hello@gpgovernance.net if you would like a copy of these policies.

Here you can report a concern about an incident that happened in the past, is happening now, or you believe will happen in the near future.

Concerns that may be raised include (but are not limited to) criminal activity (including financial fraud or mismanagement; bribery and corruption); a health and safety concern; damage to the environment; negligence; breach of our policies and procedures; conduct likely to damage our reputation; unauthorised disclosure of confidential information; the deliberate concealment or covering up of any wrongdoing; conflict of interest; human trafficking; slavery; terrorism funding, and safeguarding concerns.

While your name and email address are optional on the form to allow for anonymous reporting, when you report a concern, you are encouraged to provide your contact details so that you can be updated on the status of your report and contacted in case any further information is necessary. Your information will be treated in confidence. You are able to remain completely anonymous if that is your preference.

Please include as much details as possible when filing a report.  This includes the nature of the complaint, date and time of the incident, who was involved, if there is any concern for the safety of someone, in particular, a minor, and whether another entity has received this complaint too.

Global Partners Governance takes accountability very seriously. If you have concerns about the conduct of any staff member, consultant/associate and or delivery partner you can report your concern by filling in the below form.

Alternatively, in relation to projects funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (formerly Department for International Development), you can also report all suspicions or allegations using FCDO’s Reporting Concerns inbox at reportingconcerns@fcdo.gov.uk or calling their confidential reporting hotline on +44(0)1355843747.
