Hend Kheiralla

Project Manager

Hend is a Project Manager at GPG. She previously worked as a Project Coordinator and contributed to Sudan programmes research and project delivery. Her role now centres around managing the delivery of project activities across several of our programs in the MENA region, with focus on parliamentary reforms and anti-corruption policies. 

Hend’s professional experience is rooted at the intersection of media, research, and international development. With more than five years’ experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects. Before joining GPG, Hend worked as Program Coach at PeaceTech Lab in Washington DC, and a project research fellow at Thomson Foundation in UK. As an experienced peacebuilder and advocate, Hend is an IFA (German Institute for Foreign Relations) Cross Culture Program, and Mandela Washington Fellowship (Young African Leaders Initiative) alumni, she is part of a global network of developmental practitioners specialised in strengthening civil society networks and public service to promote democracy, inclusivity, and dialogue in the global south. 

Hend possesses a combination of technical skills including writing, qualitative research, and program development. Her track-record of effective multi-sectoral projects in volatile contexts enriches her work at GPG. Hend holds a BSc. Honours in Survey Engineering, and a certificate in Public Management from Wayne State University, Michigan. She is fluent in English and Arabic, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
