Belinda is a specialist in building strong organisations – focusing on culture, organisation design, and strategic alignment. She started her career in international policy in the Australian Public Service, worked across Central & Local Govt in the UK, and was an Executive Director at The RSA and Teach First. Belinda is also an entrepreneur in her own right, having built successful small businesses. In recent years, she has worked with founders and CEOs of impact-focused organisations on resilience – in leadership, and for business and operating models.
Belinda had joined us in a newly created strategic COO role – responsible for the design and delivery of the best possible organisation/s.
