Dr. Halima Kaakour (Member of the Lebanese Parliament) holds a PhD in Public International Law. She was elected as an MP in the parliamentary elections of 2022. She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the Lebanese University, and a trainer and researcher in local development, human rights, and gender equality.
Dr. Halima is a founding member of LNA – Social Democratic Party. She is a trainer and consultant in many international and local organisations in the field of gender, leadership, good governance, local development and others.
