Fadia Shinder works as a Project Manager for GPG’s female political participation project in Lebanon. She is responsible for managing a consortium of three organizations, working with Lebanese political parties and independent candidates to increase women participation in parliament, and on a local level within the municipalities of Beqaa west Lebanon.
Fadia has more than 8 years of experience working with international organizations in Lebanon including Handicap International, Danish Refugee Council, and the Norwegian Refugee Council covering humanitarian assistance, protection, and development projects in the most neglected areas of Lebanon. She is joining GPG from Search for common ground, where for the last two years was managing an Inclusive Governance project with ministries, municipalities, and marginalized groups in North Lebanon to increase their participation in the decision-making process.
Fadia holds a bachelor in sociology. She speaks Arabic, French, and English.
