Victoria El-Khoury Zwein

Political activist and women's rights advocate

Victoria El-Khoury Zwein is a political activist and women’s rights advocate. She has been working as program consultant and trainer in the MENA region since 1999.  Vicky has trained hundreds of other trainers, political candidates, and party leaders in the Middle East and North Africa on internal party organization and campaigning. In addition to her political skills training, Vicky has conducted policy development, coalition building and advocacy training for a wide range of organisations and municipalities.

Victoria is co-founder and executive director of ONDES, a local NGO working on inclusive politics, citizens’ engagement, community activism, and local governance. She was elected as a Council Member at Sin El Fil municipality in 2004 and 2016 and she ran for parliamentary elections in 2018 on the Kulluna Watani list. Vicky is a proud mom of Raphael and Ricardo.
