Tobias is an independent policy consultant and economic researcher specialising in economic modelling, policy analysis, and data science. He has worked for a variety of different clients, including UNDP, UNCDF, the European Commission, the Human Development Report and Chatham House. His portfolio ranges from building complex economic models for policy applications to developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for aid interventions and preparing top-level policy reports. Focused on projects in migration, health, and youth policy, his work has been published and presented at international conferences, journals, and academic institutions. Tobias holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford.
