She is a resilient optimist and committed leader with extensive international and domestic expertise in developing, managing, and implementing strategic, innovative, and gender-transformative governance programming and grant-making. Laura has the proven ability to advance equity and inclusion, foster relationships, optimise resources, assess risk, and build collaboration.
