In more than 30 years in office management in Parliament, Eve has become adept at looking for future trends and patterns within Parliamentary work and seeking to ensure staff and MPs are part of a continuous learning and development curve.
Creating workshops and training up and coming politicians at all levels, and tracking insights at every election for how to better prepare future MPs has been an ongoing part of both her professional and volunteering life.
Eve has a particular passion for women’s engagement to be expanded at all levels in the political world.
