Project Manager


Haytham is an international development practitioner and governance specialist. His range of expertise on needs assessment, data and context analysis, business development, and project management has led him to develop proposals in public sector integrity and inclusive legislative practices and provide strategic advice on the current political governance system in Sudan.

He has significant experience working on or leading projects for international NGOs and leading U.S. academic institutions, including as a Research Assistant at the American University in Washington D.C., a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Fellow at the Transparency and Accountability Initiative in Washington D.C., as an Anti-Corruption Consultant for the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), as Lead Researcher with Global Integrity, and as a Consultant with Solidarity Centre, Altai Consulting, the Basel Institute on Governance, the GPW Group, and with the Parliamentary Centre.

Haytham is trained at the Hertie School on Governance, where he got advanced certificates in Public Administration and holds a Master of Arts in International Development from the American University, USA.
